In accordance with article Art.13681 CP of Swiss law, the sale of spirits, aperitifs and alcopops in quantities likely to endanger health is prohibited to persons under eighteen (18) years of age. The sale of wines, ciders and beers is prohibited to persons under the age of sixteen (16). Buyers must therefore be of legal age and not under curatorship or guardianship. The buyer undertakes to certify that he/she is of the minimum legal age.
